Do Digital files includes commercial license?
Yes, they do. This means you can use the files for physical goods you create. However, the commercial license does not give you permission to re-sell or re-distribute the digital files.
How do I use the digital download?
Digital download are unique illustrations and vectors so you can customize your physical goods.
The files will likely be in a zip folder. You will have to unzip/extract the files to utilize them properly. If you have questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
File extension: JPG and PNG file types.
Can I get a refund on my purchase?
Due to the digital nature of the digital download, NO REFUNDS or RETURNS will be accepted.
You will need to be familiar with unzipping / extracting files as well as layering in some instances to fully utilize the files. We are available to troubleshoot when problems arise with the files but we will not give guidance related to the use of other software; e.g. cutting software.
What is important to know when using the digital download files?
Please be aware and familiar with your cutting software as many of the files will require you to understand how to “ungroup”, “attach”, “weld”, etc. Also, it is important that you are aware of what type of files your cutting software is compatible with.
How do I access my files?
Log in to your account.
Choose “Purchases and reviews”
Find your order number. Click on “Download Files”
The file will go to your “Downloads” folders
How do I use the download products?
What is the expected shipping time for physical products?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification regarding your shipping and tracking information. If we are unable to dispatch the goods within that time we will email to let you know and give you an estimated delivery date. In that case, you will have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund as set out in that email.
Standard Shipping is FREE on all U.S. purchases of $35 and over (excluding taxes). For orders under $35, Standard Shipping is $5.95. The total delivery time for Standard Shipping is 3-7 business days.
Please note that any orders placed after 12:00 pm on Friday will process on the following Monday.
Do Shopifolio ship internationally?
We are working hard to expand our shipping destination, currently we only ship to USA destinations. Shipping costs to all other non-continental US destinations are based on weight. You will be notified of shipping costs during checkout. Additional custom fees may be charged depending on the country’s regulations. Due to import restrictions imposed by local governments, we do not ship to freight forwarders.
